How did you play it TJ? Have you calculated your net profits (winnings minus stakes)? Did you do 6 bets and all on mobile?

It was the first time i’d used the account in two years, so must look a little dodgy, but as far as i can see i’ve met all their t&c’s (there didnt seem to be many)

Hmm yeah so assuming some of those £10 bets won, you should be getting the full £200 top up. Again, I ask, were they all done on your mobile and did you opt in? If yes, I would get on live chat, they’re very helpful.
+0£200 finally arrived this afternoon. Took about three visits to live chat and a phone call. Have to disagree Chris, I found them extremely unhelpful. It was always ‘we will need to refer this to relevant department’ and never any real information. When I asked for the name of the ‘relevant department’ and by what means of communication they planned to use with said department I was told ‘we are unable to provide you with this information’ .
May give them a wide berth in the future…ah, who am I kidding? I’ll be back as soon as their offers come back for the footie season
