If anyone knows if bog is paid on gubbed accounts that’d be handy to know.

Either back and lay an outsider and hope it loses.
Or use the “Risk-Free Bet” on the calculator, put the cashback as the expected amount from your free bet, e.g. if it’s a £20 free bet you will receive put £16 in the cashback (assuming you can get 80% from free bet).
+0You could also combine it with another offer, like Bet365’s 4/1 offer. Back and lay as normal on the same horse that you also back and lay with Bet 365. Either your bet wins and you get the risk free £50 from Bet365 or you bet loses and you get the £20 free bet.
