• Enter the promotion code TV20 when making your first deposit, minimum £10.

• The value of your Free Bet, maximum £20, is a 100% match of your first deposit. If your first deposit exceeds £20, then the value of your Free Bet will still amount to £20.

• Your Free Bet becomes available once you have turned over your initial deposit three (3) times at odds of 1.8 or more. Any bets placed below 1.8 do not count towards the three (3) times turnover criteria.

• To qualify for this promotion, you must have placed and settled bets to the value of three (3) times your qualifying deposit. This qualification is capped at £60.

Terms and Conditions

20. Prizes shall be awarded at the discretion of Marathon Alderney Limited. If Marathon Alderney Limited considers that any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the competition, they reserve the right to refuse to award any prize.

In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or an entrant being ineligible to participate in this promotion, Marathon Alderney Limited reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closure, disqualification from the promotion, refusing entry into all future promotions, and withholding prizes or winnings.

27. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms and no rights or benefits expressly or impliedly conferred by it shall be enforceable under that Act against the parties to it by any other person.
