Lay defeat on penalties?

Does anyone more observant than me know if betfair (or even better smarkets) will offer match betting on the match going to pens or a team losing on pens? I wasn’t on the scene at the last world cup and wasn’t paying attention during fa cup, cl etc. Obvious reason for question – to lay off on betfreds England offer in match!

I know bet 365 offer these markets in play, but obviously can’t lay there.

Yes once it gets to the knockout stages, each match will have a ‘method of victory’ market.

Probably an obvious point, but don’t forget to also lay qualifying from the group as well as method of victory on any knockout games…
