New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

As far as i remember you didnt even have to opt in for this offer. Their scumbag. If i do end up getting this I will never use them again. They arn’t worth the bother clearly.
+0Does anyone have the complaint email for Bwin I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Not seeing it on the contact part of the site. Also judging by the reviews in this site I am not surprised by what has happened.

I wondered also whether there was anyone that managed to get the T&CS for this offer as it would be helpful when I complain both to the ASA and IBAS regarding their conduct on this matter. I’m fully expecting not to get my refund here. But I’m going to do everything i can to follow this up.
+0sorry that link going to another page
google ‘england wales bwin money back’ and it’s about 6th down dated 16th June
+0Many thanks Geni. The link works when I copy and paste into browser. I doubt that bwin is a member of IBAS to be honest. Also being located in Gibratar will be a grey area in a lot of respects. There are endless stories of voiding winning bets and making up reasons for doing so and closing peoples accounts when they have had large wins along with blocking access to funds. Their reputation is terrible to be honest. I would not trust having any money in Bwin. You have to seriously consider the integrity of this company. They paid some of these bets out simply for damage limitation.
They state on their twitter page that ‘they are trying to contact as many people as possible’. people just want their freebet, which could be actioned automatically within a day. Why is there any need to contact people in the first instance. All BS
+0FINALLY GOT THIS. Is there anyone who didn’t?
+0The trick is to phone them and speak to them. They gave the refund instantly instead of messing around on live chat.
+0Still nothing
+0I got mine on Sunday. 3 emails through their website and 25 other emails. Looks like it was the emails through their website that got me the free bet. Only £50.00 minus £7 odd but at least I have the bulk of it.
+0Mine finally arrived today along with an apology email.
It was a full £50 free bet to go along with the previous £7.13.
