Betfair limitation

I got 3 free bets of 25€ from first race today but i can’t extract it now because i got limited. I can only place those free bets on low odds like 1.5 or lower. Anyone have same problem?

+0It seems that this cheltenham offer ruined my betfair account. I have never had any problems until today. And today first offer i ever used on betfair and i got restricted. I think i will have to open new account

The day after I was going to do the same but the correct scores were way off (1.5 on BF, 8 on Smarkets). Today when I tried again the odds were as usual again. So maybe you should try to wait some days?
