For Roro….1:30 race tomorrow Yorkhill is currently odds of 3.5 on William Hill and 3.55 lay a £25 bet is a 71p loss. I you assume 80% of your £25 free bet minus qualifying loss = a profit of £19.29 if Yorkhill comes 2nd. This gives you effective odds of 26/1 that he will come 2nd, if that’s gambling then my god its a great gamble.

You’ve only got to look at Matts explanation on the 2nd place refunds strategy to know you only need to hit a couple to be in profit. Just about playing the percentages

Is the William Hill Cheltenham day 2 offer valid already or do you have to wait until tomorrow?

Ok so I made a tiny error as I put my free bet from previous 20 for 10 offer on win then quickly realised that I should have put the £25 cash on first. Put it on straight after.

Win came second and no refund. Been on chat and didn’t get anywhere apart from a free £5 bet.

Annoying but the T&c do say the below so I was hoping they could see that free bets don’t count.

‘Bets placed with a free bet token (either fully or partially funded by a free bet) do not count towards this offer.’

My PP was me not doing my spreadsheet right and not realising I had Altair rather than win. However it did mean the £10 freebet was from the win 3.75 paddy boost.

So today I was £152 up
