Fun88 as well – I’m supposed to have a £25 free bet from them – live chat is taking years. Can’t even log in

same here im raging. thought it was my connection.
+012 Bet and Fun88 are owned by the same company and they were appalling for me yesterday, didn’t even get to place the necessary bets for the free bet as it was so slow! After 3 hours of waiting on live chat, I got through to them and complained, they said they will be compensating me soon.
But yeah, I’d stay away from these websites, even though their free bet offer is enticing, it takes up too much time and can lead to you losing money or not knowing where your money went – as the ‘Betting History’ link wasn’t working either.

Funny how it was working fine yesterday when there were no free bets, but today when its supposed to be giving out free bets its not working

as well as sign up free bet, their customer support is pretty bad.

Seems to be working fine now and the free bet has been credited.

+0Same with TLCbet would watch out with this group of bookies cheltenham can sometimes bankrupt them. If any1 remembers last year Bet666 went under with alot of people winnings from cheltenham with it. They had an offer that if the fav wins in first you get double odds and every fav on all 4 days won.

I have placed bet with outsiders, which they seem to be accepting. They arn’t taken bets on the short priced runners it seems. So perhaps suparhanz is correct.

Might try and angle-shoot and threaten to report them for not allowing me to complete their advertised offer and see if I can wriggle in free bets without staking.

+0Well what an awful pair of sites! I was stuck half the day fighting with Fun88 and 12bet, complete nightmare.
After I saw that they might be accepting longer odds I went for Any Currency for one of my the 3 x £25 and 4 x £30 qualifiers. After being unable to place bets on my actual choices all day these idiots somehow took these bets twice! Obviously I only layed once.
Cheers BillySwill for the long odds advice, I owe you a pint or 10! With BoG taking it from 10.0 to 12.0 it was worth about £600. That’ll teach them to bar bets on short odds and force people to bet on long odds.
Fingers cross I can actually get the money out!
+0For anyone still bothering with these sites they seem to be both working fine this morning and accepting bets on the favourites. I have managed to get all my qualifiers on already.
My free bets have also come through from yesterday so despite the problems yesterday they have sorted themselves out. Or maybe it’s just a case of get on early before their systems collapse again?
