Coral – Day 3 £20 Free Bet

Hi Guys,
Just wondered if everyone had got their day 3 for coral FB yet?
I got the other 2 the evening before but this one isn’t showing up in my account yet – I’ve got 3 x £5 bets for what must be fallers or Day 1 Mullin winners but the £20 still not showing.

i went on live chat and was told there was a delay and they should be in before the races tomorrow.

Same here , i received first 2 days but not day 3 and just checked, still not there , and no dreaded email so we shall see

Please be advised that there was been a delay in crediting customers with free bets. Providing that you have placed qualifying bets this should be rectified shortly. As it was a technical delay free bets can not be manually added.
I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.Hopefully won’t keep us waiting too long.

credit a cheltenham bank bet, after none previous 2 days, query why none previous 2 days, tell me im no longer eligible for promotions, yet they gave me one today
they have previously told me on live chat that i was gubbed, and then i get an offer from em and the free bets roll in.

Chat just told me the ‘Goodwill’ bet was the day 3 one issued early. Can’t really complain too much.
+0Haha, what a load of bull**** from coral. Apparently I didn’t qualify for any of the free bets and the free bets I received were a goodwill gesture and from a ‘faller’ promotion, which I don’t have a clue about. Both free bets were issued at 6pm as well. Hmmm
+0What were the min odds to qualify got told I haven’t got mine as needed to be evens I thought it was 1.5

I got told the same as Hatehorses…that the goodwill bet was the day 3 bet so we still get 4 x £20 free bets but still…..their live chat just gave me utter bull for the whole day or saying different stories, they clearly couldn’t cope with the amount of punters they had today awful service.
